Barcode cards

     Barcode cards are often used as membership cards for supermarkets, convenience stores, chain stores, hotels, clubs, and so on. Barcodes consisting of a series of black bars and white spaces can be scanned by the barcode scanners. The barcode printed on the back of plastic cards can realize the member's point consumption and continuous customer management. The bar code is divided into 1D code and QR code. The most widely used barcode format is Code39, Code 128, EN-13,etc. The code can be a serial number or a random code. The QR barcode card can store numbers, chinese characters, pictures or far more.

     There are available print types for barcode cards, including thermal printed, UV printing, spray printed. Thermal printed barcodes are durable and clear. Spray printed barcodes are cost-effective and usually the only option for special-shaped cards.
 

Barcode Size

     The barcode can be placed anywhere on the plastic card in any size. Remember not to make the barcode area too small, as the scanner may not recognize very small barcodes.
