Custom Membership Card with Personalised Barcodes

     Most custom membership card is printed with a unique serial number barcode on backs, which is scanned into the sale (POS) system. There are many barcode formats for custom membership cards. Barcode Types

     1D barcode and QR Code are commonly printed on the custom membership cards. The barcode is just a series of numbers printed on the surface of the card, the account amount and other information stored in the POS system. All operations retrieve server-side data by card number.

(1) QR Code

     The QR codes can store more information than 1D barcodes, such as WeChat official account, personal business card, website url, e-mail, phone number or text, etc. If you want to advertise your company or introduce your products, QR code is recommended to print on it. 

(2) 1D Barcode

     1D Barcode number can be customized and is mostly composed of letters and Numbers. The card number information is stored in cipher text, and can only be read by parsing the card reader. However, the number of digits should not be too long. The more the number of digits, the longer the horizontal barcode length will be. If the position is long enough when you design the membership card, there is no problem.

(1) Spray barcode card

     The spray barcode is a dot-matrix bar code, which is composed of small dots connected together. Its appearance is not as good-looking as the other two.

(2) Thermal barcode card

     Thermal barcode is a barcode printed with thermal process, just like the strokes written with a pen. It feels flat to the touch, without bumps.

(3) UV Barcode

     The UV barcode is a barcode printed with a clear UV process, which can highlight the whole card design. The appearance is the same as the thermal barcode, and it has a bumpy feel to the touch.
